Q: What curves and flexes do you offer?
A: We cover all the standard pro-stock configurations. You can currently choose from flexes ranging from 70 - 125, and our blade patterns match the industry standard curves (P92, P28, P88, etc). Check out our Stick Pattern Guide for a detailed breakdown to find your exact match.
Q: Can I order a completely custom graphic or team logo on the stick?
A: Yes, but please understand there is a design fee and a minimum order of 10 sticks. The order may also take a slightly longer time to fulfill. Please reach out to Service@KrunkHockey for more information.
Q: What kind of grip options do you have?
A: You can choose between a standard Glossy or Matte finish for smooth hand movement. We also offer our tactile grip coating in Matte, Glossy, and Super-Glossy, if you want your bottom hand completely locked in.
Q: What other options do you provide?
A: Have a look at our Customization Options page. It explains a range of things including color, carbon fiber weave, kick point, shape, and texture. You can even add different blade finishes.
Shipping & Turnaround
Q: How long does it take to get my custom stick?
A: Because we are building these to your exact specifications, they aren't just sitting on a shelf gathering dust. We are generally 50% faster than many other customer stick sites. From the moment you confirm your order, it typically takes 4 to 8 weeks for the stick to be manufactured, inspected, and shipped to your door. We strive to keep that as quick as possible.
Q: Do you ship to Canada / Internationally?
A: At this time we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.
Q: My stick broke in transit. What do I do?
A: If the carrier snaps it before you even get to tape it, we’ve got your back. Email us a photo of the damaged stick and the box within 24 hours of delivery, and we will expedite a replacement.
Warranty & Returns
Q: Do these sticks come with a warranty?
A: Yes. We stand behind our carbon. Every Krunk stick comes with a industry standard 30 day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If it snaps on a standard clapper from the point within that window, we replace it.
Q: What isn't covered by the warranty?
A: Hockey is a violent game. If your stick snaps because you slammed it in a bench door, took a two-handed slash to the lower shaft, or decided to use it as a crowbar, that’s on you. The warranty covers manufacturing flaws, not egregious game-inflicted abuse.
Q: Can I return a custom stick if I don't like it?
A: Because these sticks are built specifically to the flex, curve, and finish you selected, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. We strongly encourage you to double-check your specs before you checkout.
The Brand
Q: How are these so much cheaper than the big corporate brands? Are they lower quality?
A: Not even close. We use the same high-grade carbon fiber and manufacturing techniques as name brand retail racks. The difference is that we don't have a multi-million dollar marketing budget, we don't pay NHL players to hold them in commercials. We don't pay any players, we don't have any commercials, and we certainly don't have any marketing budget. All we do is sell directly to you. You are paying for the product on the ice, not the corporate overhead.
Q: Do you offer discounts for whole teams or associations?

Q: Why "Krunk"?
A: Short answer is that it was the founder's nickname while playing. Longer answer is that it was "America's Newest Swear Word!" from a series of 1993 Conan O'Brien bits. Sadly it never took, but we've honorably ignored all other meanings for over 30 years.
